Stephanie Seaman Brown joined Merrigan Brown, PC as partner in 2025 and brings 17 years of experience working within the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act (DBA).
Prior to joining Merrigan Brown, PC, Ms. Brown served as the Deputy Director of the Longshore Program within the Department of Labor’s Division of Federal Employees’, and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation.
She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D. 2007) and was admitted to the California Bar in 2007.
